WARRANTY EXTENSION
In case your vehicle falls into the manufacturer's warranty period, rest assured that if a service appointment needs to be rescheduled owed to the situation, we will take care that its manufacturer’s warranty will still be applied according to warranty policies without consideration of the delayed service maintenance for a maximum period of 2 months.

SAFETY MEASURES
The safety and security of of both our customers and staff are a priority. Here are some of the safety measures we are putting in place:
Greeting customers from a distance
2 meter social desitancing observed
Sanitation products including hand gels will be readily available
Regular disinfection of surfaces incl. desks, payment devices, door handles etc.
Dealers will promote the use of face masks and gloves
Signs outlining all infection control measures
Reconfiguration of showtooms to ensure social distancing is applied.
Non accompanied test drives where possible
Sneeze guards in place at desks where direct customer interaction occurs
Cars cleaned and disinfected/sanitised after every use
Disposable protection for steering wheel, seats and gear levers to be used.
Vehicle keys to be handed over in disinfected sealed plastic bags.
Mazda dealers will use the Sany System car sanitation system. This medical grade, chemical free system carries out a complete sanitation of a car interior killing germs, viruses, bacteria, fungus, mould and odours.
